Week 52 Action Item: Year End Reflection
🌎 The Big Picture: Take a deep breath and reflect on what you accomplished this year.
🤔 Why It Matters: Reflection helps you recognize growth, learn from challenges, and carry momentum forward.
💡 Here’s What Works: Use the Get Ready Habits as your guide.
- Goals Defined: Are your goals clear, meaningful, and time-bound?
- Educate Yourself: Did you apply what you learned? Are you continuing to learn??
- Think About How You Think: Did you act with intention and a positive mindset?
- Relevancy to You: Did your choices align with your values and priorities?
- Evaluate Your Options: Did you consider fees and tradeoffs?
- Assemble the Pieces: Do you see how everything fits together, and what’s missing?
- Detailed Focus: Did you balance the details, seek balance and ask for help, when needed?
- Yearly Review: Are you keeping up to date?
💭 Tony’s Take: Be gentle on yourself. If you didn’t meet all of your goals, that’s okay. It’s all about the changes that you make going forward. Do the best that you can.
🧠 Final Thought
Across every conversation this year, one thing was clear: Financial readiness starts with better conversations, not better spreadsheets.
Preparation isn’t about predicting the future. It’s built on clarity, conversation and a plan that adapts when life happens.
Let’s change the way we think (and talk) about money!
Tony
